Introduction
1. Measure the tensile strength, tensile strength, tensile index, elongation, crack length, tensile energy absorption, and tensile energy absorption index of toilet paper or other thin paper such as cigarette paper etc.
2. Measure the wet tensile strength of toilet paper (drip method or immersion method);
3. 180° peeling of pressure-sensitive tape.
Tensile principle: Using a tensile testing machine, the specimen of a specified size is stretched to fracture at a constant tensile speed, and its maximum tensile resistance is recorded.
Wet tensile principle: the maximum tension of the wet specimen per unit width before breaking when the specimen is first soaked in distilled water or deionized water.
180° peeling principle: a glue tape is glued to the stainless steel plate, the stainless steel plate is fixed on a fixture of the tensile testing machine, and another fixture of the testing machine clamps the free end of the adhesive tape, and the stainless steel plate is at an angle of 180°, and the adhesive tape is pulled at a specified rate, and the average force value of this process is recorded.
PN-HT300AF Autom-horizontal tensile tester is design and development based on the latest national standard GB / T12914, GB / T2792 and ISO1924-2. It is an intelligent tester, which can automatically hold paper samples, test various paper's tensile strength and wet tensile parameters. It is mainly suitable for tensile, tensile strength, elongation, crack length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index, and wet tensile strength of toilet paper. This instrument is an upgraded version of the original manual clip-type tensile tester, which greatly improves the test accuracy and efficiency.
The testet is with horizontal design, compact structure, complete functions and easy operation. Pneumatic clamping mechanism is adopted to smooth the sample and reduce the human error of the manual clamping device. Using the current advanced ARM technology, which has powerful data processing functions, can be automatically reset, easy to adjust, and stable performance. 7-inch DGUS capacitor large-screen color touch display, English menu, real-time display of various data and tensile curve.
